Kokoro Psychology is a body-positive, trauma-informed clinical psychologist in Australia that uses a holistic, integrated approach to growth and healing.

Kokoro Psychology supports those seeking therapy for body image struggles, disordered eating, anxiety, grief or loss.

CHALLENGE:

Kokoro Psychology wanted to ensure that its website was functional for visitors whilst looking professional and on-brand.

It was extremely important that the copy speak to their ideal client and use words that encapsulate body-positivity and be uplifting and inclusive.

SOLUTION:

I crafted customer-focused content and appealed directly to their target market by looking at their customer’s pain points and needs.

By researching unique keyword phrases for each page, SEO was implemented on each page of the website in the copy and metas, which will draw in visitors from search engines. 

Clear calls to action were set up on each page, so when visitors arrive, they know exactly where to go and what to do to navigate through the website, obtain information and book.
